Indian Institute of Banking & Finance invites application for the post of Deputy Director (HR &IR) on Permanent Basis.
Job profile
Devising/ interpretation of Service Rules,
Assist Management in negotiation with union
Look after IR related issues and staff matters
Attend conciliation , court proceedings
Staff development, Manpower planning, performance appraisal etc.
Liaison with various Government authorities in relation to staff matters.
Educational Qualification
MBA (HR) / Master's Degree in Personnel Management with LLB.
Diploma in Labour Laws is desirable
Work Experience:
Should have worked as HR specialist / Manager for minimum five years with overall experience in handling HR/ IR related matters independently in a medium scale industry.
Experience in Banks / Financial Institution is desirable
Age
Not more than 45 years as on 01.08.2015
Remuneration
Scale of Pay: Rs. 45600 - 2700/11 - 75300
Perquisites like LTC, Medical expenses, Conveyance Allowances and Telephone Allowances are paid on a fixed annual lump sum basis. Presently total amount of yearly perquisite is Rs.146,100/-. Other benefits like DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity etc. will be as per IIBF's rules. Present CTC is around Rs.11 lakhs per annum
Depending upon the availability of Institute's owned 2 BHK quarter (unfurnished) at Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai Institute may consider requests for allotment of residential accommodation in lieu of payment of HRA.
Institute may consider offering higher grade to deserving candidate.
Please note that there is no specific last date for submission of application. Application will be processed after the Institute gets sufficient of number of eligible candidates to be called for interview.
