Advanced Management Programme (AMP)

IIBF conducts Advanced Management Programme (AMP), a management course for working Officers and Executives from the Banking / Financial Sector. The Sessions are conducted, principally at IIBF's Leadership Centre at Kurla, Mumbai and are held on weekends / Bank Holidays.

The programme covers the entire spectrum of Banking / Financial Management subjects and, currently, consists of the following:

  • Credit Management and Financial Analysis
  • Credit Monitoring and Recovery Management
  • Leadership in Banking
  • International Banking and Foreign Exchange Market
  • Treasury Management
  • Corporate Banking, Financial Advisory and Merchant Banking Services
  • Investment Banking, Valuations for Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation of firms & Venture Capital
  • Investment Analysis and Derivatives
  • Integrated Risk Management in Banks
  • Business Ethics and Corporate Governance

Total course duration: 260 hours

The 5th batch of the AMP is presently in progress, the course having commenced in July 2016 and is expected to be completed by March 2017.

For the current AMP, IIBF has tied up with Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, to conduct a 30 hour Management Development Programme covering the first five Management subjects at their campus in Kolkata. The Programme by IIM Calcutta forms an integral part of the AMP.
