Indian Institute of Banking & Finance invites application for the post of Deputy Director (Academics) on Permanent Basis

Job profile

• Preparation/Vetting of course materials;

• Preparation/Vetting of multiple choice questions

• Organise Continuous Professional Development Programmes;

• Organise seminars / lectures

• Assist in the publication work of the Institute;

• Assist in marketing of courses;

• Engage sessions in Advanced Management Programme in Banking and Finance / Other Training Programmes

• Contribute to the academic activities of the Institute;

Area of specialisation in which institute would like to appoint Deputy Director (Academic)

The office should have domain expertise in one or more areas covering risk, treasury management, international banking, credit etc.

Educational Qualification:

• Post Graduate with CAIIB.

• MBA/PhD in Banking & Finance is desirable

Work Experience:

• Should have worked minimum 3 years as Faculty in Banks / Financial Institutions and

• Held position as Manager or above Grade in Banks / Financial Institutions

Age

• Not more than 45 years as on 01.08.2015

Remuneration

• Scale of Pay: Rs. 45600 - 2700/11 - 75300

• Perquisites like LTC, Medical expenses, Conveyance Allowances and Telephone Allowances are paid on a fixed annual lump sum basis. Presently total amount of yearly perquisite is Rs.146,100/-. Other benefits like DA, HRA, PF, Gratuity etc. will be as per IIBF’s rules. Present CTC is around Rs.11 lakhs per annum

• Depending upon the availability of Institute’s owned 2 BHK quarter (unfurnished) at Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai Institute may consider requests for allotment of residential accommodation in lieu of payment of HRA.

Institute may consider offering higher grade to deserving candidate.
